NEW! February 25, 2008 – Katie At The Bat – Founder and President Lisa Hoffman (1997 Rolex/ ITA Achievement Award recipient) is launching an exciting new KATB Tennis Program with a fourth grade class from Southwest Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania Women's and Men's Varsity Tennis Teams. The children are really excited to participate in the clinics planned with the Penn players and then to cheer them on in a big match against Harvard in April. The Katie At The Bat Team will also be supplying classroom tutors as well as introducing a curriculum which integrates self-esteem, nutrition, fitness, inter-personal skills and academics. www.KatieAtTheBat.org
