No. 15 Vanderbilt returns a strong lineup that advanced to the Round of 16 at the 2013 NCAA Team Championships. The Commodores have No. 9 Gonzalez Austin atop their singles lineup, followed by doubles partner Ryan Lipman, who was No. 4 in the ITA Preseason Rankings. The duo is currently No. 2 in the country.
As the No. 4 seed, Texas (No. 20) can definitely contend to win this site given its success in the fall. The Longhorns return their top two singles players, along with adding freshman George Goldhoff (No. 24) and junior college transfer Adrien Berkowicz. Texas also boasts two ranked doubles team, with Lloyd Glasspool (No. 35) and Soren Hess-Olesen (No. 75) ranked at No. 5 in the nation.
In the other semifinal, No. 19 Wake Forest will take on No. 23 LSU. The Demon Deacons upset then No. 7 Duke in the ACC Tournament semifinals to advance the championship last season, but have a very different this year. Wake Forest brought in 2013 ITA National Rookie of the Year Romain Bogaerts (No. 20) from Mississippi State, who made a run to the quarterfinals of the 2012 USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships during his freshman season.
LSU is represented by two ranked doubles teams and No. 72 Chris Simpson, who went 9-5 during the fall season. Last season, the Tigers knocked off Stanford in the NCAA Team Championships.

Vanderbilt will practice from 2:30-4:30pm. Other practice times will be from 8:30-10:30am, 10:30am-12:30pm, 12:30-2:30pm, 4:30-6:30pm, 6:30-8:30pm. If teams all choose different time slots, the team will have access to all 5 courts. If two teams need to practice during the same time, each team will be given 2.5 courts.
