2012 ITA Kick-Off Weekend- Master Line-Up Submission

Please complete the Master Line-up Form by listing your players in order of ability and submitting by Monday, January 23, at 12 noon (Local time).

The line-ups will be emailed to all participating coaches at approximately 5pm (Eastern) for review. All protests must be sent via email to Troy Venechanos (tvenchanos@itatennis.com) by 12 noon (local time) on Tuesday, January 24. The National Tournament Committee will have final ruling on all protests.

There is no limit to the number of players submitted on a line-up and there is a $100 fine for late line-up submissions that must be paid before the start of play in order for your team to be eligible to participate in the ITA Kick-Off Weekend (as decided by the Division I Operating Committee in December 2008).

Please write out the first and last name of all players (singles and doubles). You must provide up-to date records (including Fall results) for the top 6 singles players and top 3 doubles teams.
