Please complete the Master Line-up Form by listing your players in order of ability and submitting by Monday, February 10th, at Noon (Eastern time), the complete list of line-ups will be emailed to participating coaches at approximately 1:00 PM (Eastern) for review.
All protests must be sent via email to Michael Anders (firstname.lastname@example.org) by 9:00 PM (Eastern time) on Monday, February 10th. The National Tournament Committee (NTC) will make final ruling on all protests on Tuesday, February 11th. There will be no appeals accepted for line-ups that are changed by the NTC.
As a reminder, please review the Line-Up Rules for this event (different from the women's event):
1. Master line-ups must be played throughout the event.
2. If a player is removed from the line-up, all players listed below the removed player will move up in position. “Shuffling” of line-up is NOT permitted.
3. In doubles, you may direct line substitute for a sick/injured player as long as the teams are placed in order of ability. The opposing coach may protest a doubles line-up if he feels they are not in order prior to the start of the match.
4. The on-site ITA Games Committee will have final ruling on all on-site protests.
A maximum of 10 players can be submitted on the master line-up.
Please write out the first and last name of all players (singles and doubles). You must provide complete and up-to date records (including Fall results and specific dual match results). There is a maximum of 9 players allowed to participate throughout the event.
