Proposal 2009-56
This proposal amends NCAA Bylaw #13.14.3 and on May 4, 2010 the NCAA published an educational Column that explained that a recruiting service could not provide a discount that was based on registration/subscription with a separate organization.
Angel Prinos, ITA Associate Director, explained that the ITA has discussed this concern with TennisRecruiting.net (under our endorsement agreement ITA members receive a discounted subscription) and TR.net has agreed to make this discount available to all Division I institutions.
