Men’s Coaches:
We would like to ask you to complete the ballot for
the men’s nominated slate for the 2008-2010 ITA
Board of Directors (men are elected in even years;
women in odd years).
This year, two ITA Board members have served maximum
terms: Ron Albers (Vincennes University and Peter
Wright (U. of CA-Berkeley). All other members are
within the six-year limitation. Also, after more
than twenty years of great service, Kent DeMars (U.
of South Carolina, DI) and Bobby Bayliss (U. of
Notre Dame, DI) as Chair and Associate Chair,
respectively, of the Division I Men’s Operating
Committee, who have been exempt from rotation and
the six-year limitation, will be retiring from those
positions. Therefore, two additional Board
replacements will be needed.
We would appreciate your completing the ballot and
returning it to the ITA by fax (609-497-9207) or
mail (ITA, Attn: Board Ballot, 174 Tamarack Circle,
Skillman, NJ 08558) by Wednesday, May 14th.
(Please note: The ballot has also been mailed to
Men’s coaches via regular U.S. mail along with
information regarding online registration for
membership dues, tournament sanctions, and the
Summer Circuit and information about the 2008 ITA
Convention.)
