 Deadline for submission to the National Chair is July 25, 2008

Awards Details
Each institution will receive an attractive ITA certificate after all award winners have been announced in early August.

Award Nomination Instructions
For each award please download the linked .pdf or Microsoft Word form, complete the information including the institutional registrar's seal and/or administrators signature and mail to the ITA National Academic Awards Chair.  This form MUST be received by the deadline date unless otherwise determined due to extenuating circumstances where there are concerns with the completion of the academic semester.
