<p class=3DMsoNormal>Pomona-Pitzer Women's tennis is going into the final w=
eekend
of regular season matches with a 5-0 record in SCIACs and an 11-3 record
overall. The women have dominating wins over all teams they have faced=
in
region and impressive wins from universities and colleges from across the
country. Right now, the team holds the #1 ranking in the West and a #8
ranking in the Nation. Their only losses are to Amherst (#1), Williams=
(#2)
and Carnegie Mellon (#10). Despite having a fluctuating lineup due to =
the
typical (and not-so-typical) injuries, the Sagehens have persevered. They a=
im
to make a point at the national tournament in late May. </p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal>Graduating five seniors last year, the team has shown =
great
growth, with everyone from freshmen to seniors stepping up their games.&nbs=

What's the secret to the team's success? Great coaching, amazing girls
and an endless supply of animal crackers.</p>
