Payne spent the past 18 months with USTA Central Arizona, where she served as the organization’s Adult Program/League Coordinator. She is a graduate of the Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications with a bachelor’s in journalism and mass communication.
“As we look ahead to the upcoming college tennis season, we are thrilled that Shelby will be joining our hard-working staff at the ITA,” said Russell. “She has a passion not only for tennis, but for broadcast journalism, and believe that she will be a great fit in this new role created out of the recently-announced partnership with FloSports.
