COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Former three-time Texas A&M men’s tennis All-American Conor Pollock (2006-09) and his partner Ashwin Kumar recently won an ITF Pro Circuit doubles title in Celaya, Mexico.
Pollock, a native of San Antonio, Texas, and Kumar were the No. 2 seeds in the 16-player doubles main draw and are currently ranked a career-best No. 437 in the world. The duo defeated fourth-seeded Miguel Gallardo-Valles and Pablo Martinez of Mexico, 6-4, 6-4, in the finals.
