Coaching Education Program at Berkeley

The USTA’s Coaching Education Department would like to invite you to attend the USTA High Performance Coaching Continuing Education Program at Berkeley during the Girls 18s National Championships.  Normally this would be a program only open to coaches who have gone through initial High Performance Coaching Program, however Dr. Paul Roetert and his staff have opened up this program to ALL ITA coaches.  For those coaches who have gone through the program, it’s a great opportunity to reconnect and further one’s coaching education.  For those who haven’t gone through the program this is a great chance for to learn more about the program while on site recruiting.  Dr. Roetert and his staff have some excellent presenters scheduled—this will definitely be a great program!
The schedule has been set up to allow coaches to watch matches during the day, so they will not miss out on any recruiting opportunities.  In fact coaches who have gone through similar programs at the Orange Bowl and the US Open have said that the information presented in the program combined with watching and analyzing matches actually improved their recruiting at that event.

Saturday, August 8 – Opening session in conjunction with cocktail party
Sunday, August 9 – 7:30-9:30AM and 5-7PM
Monday, August 10 - 7:30-9:30AM and 5-7PM
