Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Coaches Convention offers a cost effective way to promote your products and services directly to varsity tennis coaches from across the United States. During our ITA Coaches Convention, you can meet face-to-face with prospective customers and develop leads during the ITA Mini Trade Show, presented by the USTA.
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the ITA Mini Trade Show, presented by the USTA, from 5:30-8:30 pm on Saturday, December 14th during the 2013 ITA Convention which is being held at the Waldorf Astoria Naples in Naples, Florida. To ensure your booth space is reserved, please complete your exhibitor registration as soon as possible. Booth space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority given to ITA Corporate members.
Light refreshments, compliments of the USTA, will be served for our coaches and guests in the exhibit area during the ITA Mini Trade Show. Each registered attendee will receive a “passport” to be stamped/initialed after visiting each exhibitor’s booth. Each completed passport will be entered into a “door prize” drawing. Each Exhibitor is requested to donate one item as a “door prize” for the ITA Mini Trade Show at their discretion. The number of prizes given away will depend on the number of Exhibitors participating in the drawing.
