2012 ITA Convention - Coach Registration

The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Coaches Convention offers an opportunity for having input into the future of college tennis, coaching education, tennis and social activities and networking with your coaching peers.

During our ITA Coaches Convention, you can meet face-to-face with industry representatives to learn about products and services that can enhance the varsity collegiate tennis experience at the ITA Mini Trade Show, Presented by the USTA, from 6:00-9:00pm on Sunday, December 16th during the 2012 ITA Convention which is being held at the Waldorf Astoria Naples in Naples, Florida from December 15 - 18th.

NOTE: You must complete your ITA Membership renewal BEFORE registering for the ITA Convention.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS APPLY IF PAID BY OCTOBER 31st  (Regular Convention Registration fees will apply beginning November 1st)

Plan A - Full Convention (December 15th–18th) Single Registration

_____ $255 Early Bird Discount Registration fee for Non-Coach Guest* ($280 beginning November 1st)

Plan AA - Head/Assistant Coach Discount Package (December 15th-18th) Registration

_____ $550 Early Bird Discount Package Registration fee for one head coach & one assistant coach from same school, same program ($700 Regular Convention Package Registration fees apply beginning November 1st) 

Package Requirements: Discount Package is only available for Full Convention (Plan A) registrations. One Head Coach & One Assistant coach must be from same school and same program (i.e., men's head coach and men's assistant or women's head coach & women's assistant.) If you wish to add an additional assistant coach(es) under the same head coach, same program, you may pay a $275 registration fee per additional person. Head & Assistant coach(es) must be current ITA members. Each Coach registered through this discount package must attend the ITA Convention through December 18th, with a scheduled departure no earlier than 6:00pm on December 18th. Any coach who has an earlier departure will be invoiced a balance due of $150.

Plan B – Mini-Convention (December 15th-16th)

*A non-coach guest must be registered through an ITA member coach Convention registration. Non-coach guests may not register by themselves.

Credit card and E-check payments are accepted online or a check, payable to the ITA, can be mailed to: ITA, 174 Tamarack Circle, Skillman, NJ 08558. Registration Fees are refundable through November 1st. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after November 1st .  A $20 Cancellation fee will apply regardless of cancellation date. These room rates have not increased for the past two years.
* $145.00 single/or double for a Guest Room*
* $355.00 single/or double for a Bungalow Suite*

* All rates include Florida State tax, local tax, resort fee & gratuities for bellman and housekeeping.
* Our special group rates will apply December 10 – 21, 2012, based upon availability, if you wish to extend your stay to take advantage of the beautiful location and resort amenities.
* Maximum guestroom occupancy is four (4) adults in the same room, using existing bedding. There is a $35.00 per person charge per night for the third & fourth adult.

Deposit: A one-night deposit is charged for each room reservation and will be fully refundable by the Resort upon cancellation at least seven (7) business days in advance of arrival date. 

Service Charges:
The customary Resort Fee is waived. ITA Convention participants will receive unlimited local calls, unlimited 800 phone number access; daily newspaper delivery, in-room coffee, use of the fitness center, tennis courts, lounge chairs at Clam Pass, and complimentary self-parking. Housekeeping gratuities are included in the room rates. Additional gratuities are at guest discretion.

Internet Service:
There will be a one-time $10.95 charge for internet access (upon request at check-in) per guest room for the duration of your stay.

Room Cancellation Policy:
You will be charged for your reserved arrival date if you are a “no-show” or cancel within 7 days prior to arrival.
