2010 ITA Convention Coach Intro


All ITA member coaches are encouraged to attend the 2010 ITA Coaches Convention which is being held at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida on December 16th - 19th.
NOTE: You must complete your ITA Membership renewal BEFORE registering for the ITA Convention.

Plan A - Full Convention (December 16th–19th) Single Registration

Plan AA - Head/Assistant Coach Discount Package (December 16th-19th) Registration

_____ $650 Package Registration fee for one head coach & one assistant coach (same school, same program)

Package Requirements: Discount Package is only available for Plan A registrations. One Head Coach & One Assistant coach must be from same school and same program (ie., men's head coach and men's assistant or women's head coach & women's assistant.) If you wish to add an additional assistant coach(es) under the same head coach, same program, you may pay a $275 registration fee per additional person. Head & Assistant coach(es) must be current ITA members. Each Coach registered through this discount package must attend the ITA Convention through December 19th, with a scheduled departure no earlier than 6:00pm on December 19th. Any coach who has an earlier departure will be invoiced a balance due of $75.

Plan B – Mini-Convention (December 16th-17th)

*A non-coach guest must be registered through an ITA member coach Convention registration. Non-coach guests may not register by themselves.

Credit card and E-check payments are accepted online or a check, payable to the ITA, can be mailed to: ITA, 174 Tamarack Circle, Skillman, NJ 08558. A $20 Cancellation fee will apply regardless of cancellation date. Please call the ITA office at 609-497-6920 if you have questions about Convention registration.

These room rates have not increased for the past two years.
* $137.00 single/$167.00 double for a Guest Room*
* $299.00 single/$299 double for a Bungalow Suite*
* All rates include Florida State tax, local tax, resort fee & gratuities for bellman & housekeeping.
* The above group rates will apply December 9 – 22, 2010, based upon availability, if you wish to extend your stay to enjoy the beautiful location and amenities.
* Maximum guestroom occupancy is four (4) adults in the same room, using existing bedding. There is a $35.00 per person charge per night for the third & fourth adult.

Deposit: A one-night deposit is charged for each room reservation and will be fully refundable by the Resort upon cancellation at least seven (7) business days in advance of arrival date.

Service Charges:
The customary Resort Fee is waived. ITA Convention participants will receive unlimited local calls, unlimited 800 phone number access; daily newspaper delivery, in-room coffee, use of the fitness center, tennis courts, lounge chairs at Clam Pass, and complimentary self-parking. Housekeeping gratuities are included in the room rates. Additional gratuities are at guest discretion.

Internet Service:
There will be a one-time $10.95 charge for internet access (upon request at check-in) per guest room for the duration of your stay.

Room Cancellation Policy:
You will be charged for your reserved arrival date if you are a “no-show” or cancel within 7 days prior to arrival.
