Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the ITA Mini-Trade Show during our 25th Annual ITA Coaches Convention (December 16-19, 2010) at Naples Grande Beach Resort, Naples, Florida.
The Convention will begin on Thursday evening, December 16th. The ITA General Membership Meeting will take place on Friday morning, December 17th, followed by the Divisional Roundtable meetings. As in past years, our ITA Convention will involve a variety of clinics. ITA Convention information is available on our ITA web site (www.itatennis.com), click onto “About the ITA” and select “Convention.”. A schedule of activities and clinics will be posted this Fall. We anticipate about 300 people will attend our 2010 Convention. This year, the ITA Mini Trade Show & Passport Party will be held from 5:00-8:00pm on Friday, December 17th.
The ITA will host a welcoming reception - “Passport Party” - for our coaches and guests in the Exhibitor's Area during the ITA Mini Trade Show & Passport Party. There will be a cash bar for beer and wine and complimentary non-alcoholic punch and light refreshments.
Each Exhibitor is requested to donate one item as a “door prize” for this party. Each registered attendee will receive a “passport” to be stamped/initialed after visiting an exhibitor's booth. Once every exhibitor has stamped/initialed the “passport”, the validated “passport” is put into a “door prize” drawing - the number of prizes given away will depend on the number of Exhibitors participating.
The 2010 ITA Coaches Convention Exhibitor Table Fee includes one six-foot table top exhibit space, and participation by your company representative(s), at the ITA Mini Trade Show & Passport Party on Friday, December 17th only and a listing in our ITA Convention Schedule of Events (to be published the ITA web site this fall) and in the official Convention Brochure (which is given to all attendees.) If you wish to participate in additional ITA Convention activities, additional registration fees apply. The 2010 ITA Convention Fees for exhibitors are as follows:
1. Exhibitor Table Fee (ITA Member): $400 - with ITA Corporate Membership ($645 annual dues), includes 6’ table top trade show exhibi and Passport Party, and listing in our Convention Schedule of Events brochure (to be published this Fall) and in the official Convention Brochure (which is given to all attendees.) Note: You must complete your ITA membership renewal/application BEFORE completing your exhibitor registration to receive the ITA member rate.
2. Exhibitor Table Fee (Non-Member): $625, includes 6’ table top trade show exhibit and Passport Party, and listing in our Convention Schedule of Events brochure (to be published this Fall) and in the official Convention Brochure (which is given to all attendees.)
3. Convention Registration Fee: $250 – for the first exhibit representative
Convention Registration Fee: $155 - for each additional exhibit representative
The Convention Registration fee allows the exhibitor (and his additional guest/representative, as applicable) to participate in the Banquet, clinics, recreational tennis & ITA Member Appriciation Cookout, but excludes the tennis tournament and golf.)
4. ITA Membership & Awards Banquet (only): $75 per person

This fee allows one person to attend the Banquet on Saturday evening, December 18th, 7:00-10:00pm, featuring a keynote speaker, courtesy of Wilson Sporting Goods, Wilson/ITA Coach of the Year Award and USTA Community Service & Campus Outreach Award presentations (Note: This fee is in addition to the Exhibitor table fee. However, the Banquet is included in the Convention Registration package in #3 above).

Due to space limitations, we will reserve trade show booths as a first priority to ITA Corporate Members - and then on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you wish to receive the discounted ITA Corporate Membership rate, please complete your membership renewal or application BEFORE registering for the ITA Convention. If you would like to renew your ITA Corporate Membership, or to become a new ITA Corporate Member (2010-2011 annual dues are $645.00), it is necessary that you complete your membership application and dues payment online at www.itatennis.com (Select “About the ITA”, “Membership.”). LODGING & TRAVEL

Our ITA Convention group receives special discounted rate ($137/single; $167/double guest room, inclusive of taxes, resort fee and gratuities for bellman and housekeeping.) In-room internet access is available (upon request at check-in) for a one-time $10.95 charge per guest room for the duration of your stay. Our special rate is available December 9th through 22nd if you wish to extend your stay to take advantage of the beautiful location and resort amenities.
Anthony Travel (877-284-2254), the official travel management service of the ITA, can assist you with your flight plans. Please read IMPORTANT information about ground transportation options (rental cars, taxi, shuttle and private car services) to/from the airport on the ITA web site www.itatennis.com (Select “About the ITA”, “Convention”, “Travel”).
The Naples Grande Beach Resort will accept shipments for hotel guests only. Trade Show vendors will be responsible for tracking and retrieving their own shipments to the ITA Convention. Shipping & Receiving charges will apply (please see information attached.) The resort will only accept ITA Convention exhibitor packages beginning Monday, December 13th. Please ship packages to yourself (not to ITA Staff) using the following format:

The ITA has arranged a very good room rate at the Naples Grande Beach Resort and we strongly encourage you to stay at the Resort to facilitate the logistics for your trade show participation. If you are not staying at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, it will be necessary for you to make your own arrangements for shipping your exhibit packages to an outside location and then bringing your exhibit packages on the day of the ITA Mini Trade Show.
“Door prize” donations should be shipped to yourself as instructed above and hand-delivered to our ITA staff during your on-site registration.
